Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Track sales performance and report to the Sales Supervisor/Manager
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and market trends
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or college level (preferred in business or marketing)
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office, etc.)

Work Schedule:
  • Full Time
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
