between strategy and day-to-day execution. You make sure what we promise to clients is actually delivered—and that we can keep doing it better as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Fix and improve our workflows so hiring a maid feels
    easy and reliable
    for clients.
  • Make sure our
    AI tools
    aren't just hype but actually save time and cut costs.
  • Track key metrics: speed, satisfaction, costs—then improve them.
  • Work across sales, recruiters, and support to keep the system tight.
  • Spot weak points fast and build solutions before they break.

Qualifications

  • Ops or strategy experience
    (startup or agency preferred).
  • Comfortable using and testing
    AI tools and automations
    .
  • Problem-solver
    : sees issues, fixes them, doesn't wait.
  • Good communicator—can explain solutions simply to both staff and leadership.
  • Background in
    business, ops, or management
    helpful, but not required if you can prove results.
