Farm Facilities Supervisor

  • Directs and supervises motorpool personnel including drivers, mechanic & technicians
  • Plans and schedules daily deployment of vehicles and equipment for farm operations
  • Conducts inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are in safe, reliable condition.
  • Maintains records of repairs, fuel usage, and parts inventory.
  • Coordinates with suppliers and service providers for parts and external repairs
  • Monitor and perform timely PMS on all farm generators , fuel reserves
  • Caters repair and maintenance of farm cleaning equipment not limited to pressure washers, litter belt conveyors and foggers
  • Schedule deployment of HVAC technician in catering repair and performing PMS of farm ACUs, chillers, refrigerators, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to be deployed in STA.MARIA, BULACAN.
  • Must be willing to conduct farm visits in Amadeo, Cavite from time to time and as needed.
