The Property Management Supervisor is accountable for the development of inspection and maintenance plan to ensure condition and functionality of equipment and property structures are maintained at optimum condition. Accountabilities include completion of LLDA reports as indicated on Permit to Operate.

Responsibilities include organizing resources for the upkeep of the facility in compliance to established Environment, Health and Safety, Security standards and adherence to requirements indicated on licenses and permits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of an effective inspection and maintenance program to ensure facilities continue to function up to standard.
  • Ensure the property facilities are maintained to schedule, based on appropriate standards, safe and fit for purpose through planned and unplanned maintenance response.
  • Ensure that standard operation and maintenance activities are done in accordance with company policy and environment, health and safety guidelines.
  • Timely review of the plans for renovation works of the units to ensure that construction will not affect the integrity of the building such as structural strength and electrical load requirements.
  • Foster customer satisfaction by prompt investigation and resolution of tenant complaints, enforcement of rules of occupancy, inspection of units and coordination for repairs as necessary.
  • Collaborative relationship with 3rd party contractors to ensure activities are conducted in compliance with service level agreement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • At least 3 years of applicable engineering and property management supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Project Management, excel, word, SAP
  • Technical competency in Building and Grounds Maintenance
  • Abreast with the current building and property regulations
