Department Function & Main Purpose of the Job

Responsible for the operations, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV/DACS equipment, including cameras, radios, and related devices. Monitors live/recorded surveillance, reports incidents, conducts security checks, and responds to emergencies to ensure safety and security within the facility.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate CCTV/DACS systems to protect company assets and ensure 24/7 security coverage.
  • Record incidents, maintain logs, and preserve evidential materials.
  • Patrol via view screens and take immediate action on observed events.
  • Conduct physical inspections of facilities and report irregularities.
  • Implement security, safety, and health protocols across all sites.
  • Monitor restricted areas and ensure compliance with access controls.
  • Support emergency response, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Participate in inspections, drills, and crisis simulation exercises.
  • Submit accurate reports and perform tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years in college (any field).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in CCTV, DACS, and Physical Security.
  • With corporate/BPO security background.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
