Position Title: Bookkeeper

Work Set-up: Work From Home

Salary: Php50- Php60K

Schedule: 9am to 5pm Vic time

Holidays: VIC AU Holidays

We are looking for an experienced and highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help support the client's businesses( commercial and residential solar company and a growing software company). This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment, and brings precision, strong financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for someone smart, young individual who can work in a dynamic team and fast moving industry. The person must be professional and looking to stary with a good company and grow in their role with opportunity to progress and for promotion.

As a Dedicated Bookkeeper: You will be responsible for overseeing and executing end-to-end bookkeeping functions across all four entities. This includes daily financial transactions, compliance duties, reporting, and maintaining consistent communication with team members such as Tiana and Charlotte. Your work will be pivotal in supporting both operational decision-making and strategic financial oversight.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BOOKKEEPER

Responsibilities as a Bookkeeper:

• Perform daily invoicing and bank reconciliations

• Manage payroll processing with 100% accuracy (non-negotiable)

• Prepare superannuation and Business Activity Statements (BAS) for compliance, specifically for Tamer

• Create and maintain management reports, including KPI tracking across entities

• Collaborate with the operations team to align financial data with business needs

• Adapt to various entity structures including startup, solar, and personal trust

Qualifications as a Bookkeeper:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Accountancy or equivalent education

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Must have experience working with Australian clients.

• Experience is Xero is required

• Preferably someone in the 25-45 age

• Prior in-house accounting experience is strongly preferred

• Familiarity with Leave Plus, ServiceMate, Simpro, and Pylon is considered a bonus (training available)

• Experience with STC (Small-scale Technology Certificates) and the solar industry is a plus (training will be provided)

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel
