What You'll Do
- Manage and complete the bookkeeping for a portfolio of businesses in a variety of industries.
Utilize your expertise to handle the following tasks:
Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll Processing
- Bank Reconciliations
- BAS & IAS Preparation
- Maintain detailed client files and work papers, ensuring compliance with all record-keeping requirements.
- Assist clients with general bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
Why You'll Excel in This Role
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (e.g., Finance, Taxation).
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Australian bookkeeping.
- Experience in using up to date technology such as Xero, MYOB and/or QuickBooks
- High attention to detail and precision, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify potential issues and provide clients with effective solutions.
