JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Cleaning and preventive maintenance of plant equipment/areas/ facilities such as boilers, evaporative condensers, cooling towers, stainless tanks, piping air conditioners, and other services-related works

· Follow all safety rules and procedures established per work area

· Regularly report to the Technical Service Head, Service Engineer, and leadsman/safety officer for all service-related activities

· Established and maintain an effective working relationship with those contacted in the course of work

· Complete any project assigned by the technical service department including but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, data entry, prospect mailings, and other support functions that may arise

· Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

· at least High School Graduate

· with or without experience but willing to be trained

· flexible and hardworking

· willing to work on shifting the schedule

· physically fit to work
