About the role

Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premier lighting showroom in QC, Ortigas, BGC and San Juan, Manila. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance to support the company's growth objectives. This is a full-time position based in our Quezon City showroom.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of sales associates, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize showroom performance and achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional environment for clients
  • Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the showroom, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective promotional activities and events
  • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure product availability
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or showroom management role, preferably in the lighting industry or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and visual merchandising principles
  • Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive decision-making
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about the lighting industry and committed to providing a superior customer experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
