We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a vital Healthcare Account in Manila. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance partners, providing critical support on sensitive and complex healthcare-related inquiries. Your responsibilities will include explaining coverage benefits, processing claims, assisting with billing questions, and guiding callers through our healthcare systems. This position requires a unique blend of empathy, patience, and technical knowledge to ensure every interaction is handled with care and accuracy.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with a deep understanding of healthcare protocols, insurance terminology, and our specific client systems. You will learn how to navigate confidential patient information with the highest standards of privacy and security, in full compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations. Qualifications:
  • At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
  • Minimum of 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) in Healthcare, Insurance, or Payments processing
  • B2 CEFR Level English proficiency or equivalent
  • Minimum score of 32 in the Berlos Attitude Assessment (BAA)
  • Strong sense of empathy and a patient-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
