Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list).
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems.
  • Assist on other commercial issues (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.).
