The Role

As an Implementation Associate, you'll help new clients get started with Titanium's platform. You'll guide them through onboarding, run system demos, and make sure their setup is accurate and smooth.

This is an entry-level role, perfect for fresh graduates who are confident, analytical, and eager to learn. You'll be trained on payroll rules and system processes—but what we're really looking for is someone who can carry themselves well, think critically, and communicate with clients clearly.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through system setup.
  • Conduct demo sessions to show clients how Titanium works
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, TechOps, SysOps, Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure accurate and timely implementations.
  • Track project documents—from requirements gathering to certificate of completion (COC).
  • Present yourself with confidence and professionalism in front of clients.

  • Clients understand and feel confident using Titanium's platform.
  • Implementation projects are completed on time and with proper documentation.
  • You're able to explain solutions clearly and handle client questions with confidence.

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduate or early-career professional.
  • Above-average analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, data organization, reporting).
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting to clients.
  • Confidence and presence—can carry yourself well, not easily intimidated.
  • Willing and able to work onsite in Mandaluyong
  • Growth mindset—willing to learn payroll processes, and new systems

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
