Job description:

  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes, facilitating successful implementation of our solutions
  • Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule
  • Execute configurations and customizations within the software to meet client specifications
  • Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they are equipped to utilize our solutions effectively
  • Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges that arise and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on client feedback and industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • Extensive BPO experience of minimum 4-5 years; speaking with clients
  • At least 2nd year undergrad
  • Managing projects with clients and setting up of meetings
  • Project management is a plus
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
