We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Reporting Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and delivering accurate financial reports that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

  1. Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  2. Consolidate financial data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  3. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing variance analysis and insights.

  4. Monitor key financial metrics and prepare ad-hoc reports to assist management in decision-making.

  5. Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  6. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and financial models.

  7. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.

8.Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, ACCA, CFA a plus).
  • 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting.
  • · Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and reporting standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Physically capable and willing to render or work overtime specifically during month-end reporting or any given day if the work requires.

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
