Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Service Desk or Technical Support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365) applications and admin tools.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent).

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
