Key Responsibilities:
  • System Integration: Design and implement solutions that enable communication and data exchange between IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, telephony, cloud services).
  • Middleware Management: Utilize APIs, web services, or middleware platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to connect systems.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams (network, security, developers) to resolve them.
  • Automation: Develop scripts or workflows to streamline data exchange and business processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for integration solutions and processes
Technical Skills Often Required
  • Strong understanding of API integration
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365, etc.).
  • Experience with integration platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or training in integration, networking, or cloud technologies.
