Your Role:
The Healthcare Support Specialist provides clerical, administrative, and operational support to corporate leadership and serves as a resource for branch-level staff. This role functions in the back office to complete tasks delegated by corporate management, supporting multiple departments and ensuring organizational efficiency. The position requires adaptability, as responsibilities may change based on company needs and project assignments.

Essential Functions

  • Provides administrative support to corporate leadership and departments as assigned.
  • Serves as liaison between corporate office and branch staff, assisting with delegated tasks and special projects.
  • Assists with document management, including data entry, uploads into EMR systems, and maintaining electronic records.
  • Supports corporate reporting requirements by gathering, organizing, and distributing information as directed.
  • Processes incoming/outgoing communications, including mail, email, and vendor correspondence.
  • Assists with vendor coordination for corporate functions (e.g., record storage, supply chain, or compliance support).
  • Prepares and maintains corporate logs, reports, and administrative files.
  • Provides customer service to branch personnel and external partners, ensuring timely communication and resolution of administrative needs.
  • Maintains confidentiality while supporting HR, compliance, or financial tasks delegated by corporate management.
  • Promotes the company's mission, culture, and values through professionalism in word, action, and appearance.

  • Healthcare or multi-site support experience
