We are an Australia-based company in search of a dynamic and brilliant Finance Team Leader. Successful candidate should be willing to work in dayshift and onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.

As the Finance Team Leader, you will be part of the team providing leadership on workstreams and assisting the financial controller in effectively meeting deliverables and managing the team. You will report directly to the Financial Controller and be the contact person for corporate entities allocated, assist the Financial Controller in onboarding new group entities and taking responsibilities of the corporate entities for Real Estate divisions, and contribute to key projects. You will work with Financial Controller on establishing and documenting robust internal control process.  You are also responsible for leading the Finance Team and ensuring the accountants have the tools, support, and continued development for the team to meet their key performance indicators.

Requirements

· Proficient in Microsoft suite, experiences in Xero is preferable

· Good time management skills and able to manage multiple deadlines

· Strong attention to detail, a mature positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Analytical and critical thinking

· Prior experience with asset management business/ lending business preferred

· Project management experience will be a plus

· A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm and ethical behaviour and is accountable for tasks performed

· Effective communications with stakeholders at all levels

· Honest and open both in actions and words with a drive to achieve results without sacrificing culture
