PRIMARY JOB ROLE
As an integral member of the Marketing team, the
Marketing Associate
will be a key contributor in executing strategic marketing initiatives, high-impact events, and VIP client engagement programs across Hermès, Cartier, Roger Vivier, and Fauré Le Page. The Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with brand and retail teams to manage both in-store and off-site activations, support CRM and VIP clienteling efforts, and uphold exceptional brand presentation.

- Work closely with each brand's Marketing Manager in the planning and implementation of exclusive in-store and off-site events and activations.
- Support in sourcing, validation, and coordination of vendors and suppliers to ensure alignment with creative briefs, maintain brand consistency, and cost control.
- Oversee on-site event logistics (ingress and egress) to ensure high-quality production and timely roll-out of the events.
- Manage the necessary administrative and logistical duties required for each project, such as invoice processing, supplier contracts, budget tracking, and shipping coordination.
- Facilitate the coordination and implementation of in‑store visual merchandising animations to ensure exceptional presentation and deliver consistent, high-impact brand storytelling.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Store Operations, PR/ Communications, and regional/global partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless execution.
2. CRM and VIP Clienteling
- Maintain the client databases of all brands, including identification of VIP and high-value clients based on their engagement, purchase history, and brand affinity to form targeted engagement strategies.
- Partner with the Marketing Managers to deliver personalized VIP clienteling initiatives, including:
- Sending of greetings and/or gifts for client birthdays, anniversaries, special milestones and celebrations, etc.
- Organization of VIP client experiences such as dinners, in-store hosting, etc.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or event coordination; prior exposure to premium retail, fashion, luxury brands, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, with capacity to multitask and drive results.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and proven composure under pressure.
