I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

As the UAT Analyst specializing in Online Casino Live Slots & RNG Casino Games, you will work closely with our Online Gaming Product and Delivery teams to ensure every release and integration of our online Live slots and RNG Games platform delivers seamless gameplay, accurate wallet transactions, regulatory compliance, and a premium customer experience.

You will design and execute UAT scenarios for live slot titles, progressive jackpots, instant win games, and other eGaming products. In collaboration with cross-functional teams and external providers, you will validate that games operate flawlessly across devices, browsers, and network conditions.

You will play a critical role in safeguarding gaming integrity, reducing production defects, and enabling a world-class online casino live slot and eGames experience for players. This role requires hands-on experience with online slot platforms and eGames, combined with strong knowledge of UI/UX design, wallet systems, RNG verification, responsible gaming, and compliance standards.

III. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· UAT Planning & Governance: Define UAT strategy for Online Live Slots and eGames, including UI/UX, performance, RTP validation, and concurrency testing. Establish entry/exit criteria and test data strategies for slot titles and eGames scenarios.

· Test Design & Coverage: Design and maintain UAT test cases covering slot spins, bonus rounds, jackpots, wallet transactions, game UI/UX, RNG outcomes, responsible gaming features, and compliance reporting.

· Test Execution: Perform hands-on UAT across web and mobile devices; validate live slot and eGame functionality, wallet settlements, bonus triggers, and API responses. Raise, triage, and track defects with detailed evidence (screenshots, logs, videos).

· Vendor & Release Collaboration: Work closely with the vendor that supplies and maintains the slots and eGames platform, ensuring all platform updates, feature changes, and fixes are fully validated before release.

· Data & Compliance: Ensure all UAT follows data privacy and regulatory requirements. Validate RNG certifications, jackpot reporting, and regulator outputs.

· Continuous Improvement: Analyse UAT metrics, defect leakage, and production incidents to improve coverage and processes. Contribute to playbooks, checklists, and best practices for slots and eGames releases.

IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  

Experience Requirement:

· 3 years of experience in UAT or QA, with at least 1 year focused on live dealer/streaming platforms.

Skills and Attributes

· Test Planning & Execution for live slot and eGames – ability to design, document, and execute UAT test plans, scripts, and cases aligned with business requirements.

· Defect Management – logging, tracking, triaging, and retesting defects in tools like Jira, HP ALM, or TestRail.

· Requirement Analysis – translating business/functional requirements into acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios.

· Stakeholder Communication – coordinating with business users, product owners, and developers to ensure acceptance coverage and sign-off.

· Documentation & Reporting – preparing UAT status reports, test evidence, and sign-off documentation.

· Collaboration with external vendors (game studios, payment providers).

· Knowledge of compliance and responsible gaming requirements in regulated online casino environments.

· Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external providers.
