• Perform technical and functional gaming duties as per the regulations of casino management
• Handle table games as per established guidelines
• Create a lively gaming experience for players
• Responsible in maintaining the pleasant and courteous attitude with gaming patrons
• Participates actively during meetings and briefings
• Provide excellent customer service by showing good gestures and facial expressions
• Participate as Brand Ambassador for the company and its clients
• Maintain positive image for the company and its clients
