I. BASIC PURPOSE / JOB BRIEF:

As the Product Manager specializing in Online Live Slot Content and Selection, you will oversee the selection and management of the Online Live Slots portfolio - subject to the approval of the Head of Marketing and Product. Working closely with vendors, aggregators, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure the platform delivers a competitive, innovative, and engaging portfolio that meets market demand and enhances the player's experience. You will be accountable for driving revenue and profit growth through optimized content selection, supplier negotiations, and portfolio performance management

In addition to selection, you will manage the ongoing performance of live slots by tracking KPIs such as Theo, GGR, NGR, RTP, retention, and session behavior, while supporting the Head of Marketing and Product in shaping the overall content strategy. Based on these insights, you will recommend and implement actions such as repositioning titles, optimizing lobby placement, and coordinating promotional campaigns to drive player engagement and maximize profitability.

You will work closely with suppliers, aggregators, and internal teams—including BI, compliance, marketing, and technology—to deliver seamless integrations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize the player journey. By combining data-driven performance management with strategic content selection, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our live slots offering as a competitive market leader.

III. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Live Slots Portfolio Management: Own accountability for portfolio profitability and revenue contribution. Provide support to the Head of Marketing and Product by making recommendations on portfolio positioning, promotional opportunities, and content strategy to maximize player engagement and revenue. Analyze performance metrics such as GGR, win, retention, and engagement, and adjust the portfolio accordingly.

· Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with live slots providers and aggregators. Negotiate commercial agreements, secure early access to high-value titles, and align with supplier release calendars.

· Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and own the product roadmap for online live slots, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and player needs. Translate vision into actionable development and release cycles.

· Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Use BI dashboards and player insights to drive continuous improvement in content positioning, table limits, and promotional effectiveness. Make evidence-based recommendations to enhance player engagement and maximize profitability.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, BI, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver new features, integrations, and campaigns. Act as the bridge between suppliers and internal delivery teams.

· Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, global live slots trends, and emerging mechanics to keep our product portfolio competitive and innovative.

· Launch & Promotion Strategy: Oversee launch plans for new live slots, including lobby placement, player journeys, and promotional campaigns with CRM and Marketing.

· Compliance & Certification: Ensure all live slots meet jurisdictional and regulatory requirements (e.g., PAGCOR). Coordinate testing and certification with internal compliance teams and vendors.

· Continuous Optimization: Hold direct accountability for delivering year-on-year portfolio revenue growth, aligned with overall Online Casino profit objectives.

IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement:

· Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Gaming Management, or related field.

Experience Requirement:

· 3–5 years of experience in iGaming, preferably with exposure to online live slots, casino game operations, or product ownership in a regulated environment.

Skills and Attributes

· Strong knowledge of Online live slots, their mechanics, and player engagement strategies.

· Strong commercial acumen with accountability for delivering revenue growth and profit maximization through strategic content management.

· Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial terms.

· Highly analytical, with BI and KPI monitoring experience.
