About the role

Turblades Phils Inc' is seeking a talented and driven Procurement Staff to join our team in Caybiga Caloocan City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement and supply chain functions of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Typing Quotations and Bidding Forms

  • Inquiries through Email and Over the Phone

  • Documentations
  • Analysing procurement data and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and cost savings
  • Supporting the implementation of procurement policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Must be at least a college graduate (Bachelor's degree in any field)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management and logistics operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
