  • Processing, packaging, and shipping orders accurately via platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and handling various personal and corporate orders.
  • Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and ensuring the quality of goods.
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
  • Coordinating with partner couriers for pick-up schedules and addressing any logistics-related concerns.
  • Updating customers regarding the status of their orders through email and SMS.
  • Interfacing with customers to answer questions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovations or adjustments to work procedures and practices.
  • Conducting quality checks and counting items such as finished goods, packaging materials, and raw materials.
  • Performing other tasks as required by your superior.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
