The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of proven experience in home health administration and possess strong clinical knowledge, leadership abilities, and organizational skills. This role requires a deep understanding of home health operations, compliance, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of home health programs in compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.

Provide clinical oversight, ensuring delivery of high-quality nursing and therapy services.

Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

Monitor patient outcomes, quality assurance, and staff performance.

Implement policies, procedures, and strategies to improve operational excellence.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and accreditation standards.

Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, staff, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).

Minimum 3 years of experience in home health administration.

Strong knowledge of home health regulations, compliance, and quality standards.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
