About the Role:

I.S.A Health Solutions LLC is looking for detail-oriented Schedulers to join our growing team. The Scheduler plays a key role in coordinating patient appointments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring an efficient workflow for home health operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule patient visits according to care plans and staff availability.
  • Manage and update daily schedules for clinicians and caregivers.
  • Communicate promptly with patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding appointment changes or confirmations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of schedules and updates.
  • Support overall operational efficiency by monitoring and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or home health.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems or healthcare software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
