Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be greeting customers and selling product merchandise. They are also responsible for maintaining the store's appearance through stocking, organizing, and cleaning, while adhering to company policies and achieving sales goals.

Core responsibilities

  • Customer service: Greet customers, answer product questions, provide in-depth product knowledge, and assist with purchases or returns.
  • Sales and promotions: Inform customers about current sales and promotions, suggest complementary products (upselling), and work to meet store sales targets.
  • Store maintenance: Keep the sales floor, displays, and checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Inventory management: Help with receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Transactions: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, and manage returns.
  • Loss prevention: Monitor the sales floor for suspicious activity and follow company policies to help prevent theft.

Pay: Php14, Php14,350.00 per month
