Area Sales Representative – Western Visayas

Coverage Area: Western Visayas (Field-Based)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Area Sales Representative who will oversee and grow the operations of INGCO partner outlets, including Gen Trade stores, dealers, and Mini Concept Stores across the Western Visayas region. The role involves hitting sales targets, strengthening market reach, supporting sales partners, and ensuring efficient store operations. Candidates must be goal-oriented, persuasive, and excellent at managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales performance by guiding and supporting Gen Trade partners, dealers, and mini concept stores.
  • Set clear sales expectations and track productivity, performance, and monthly sales achievements.
  • Create and implement sales strategies and quotas aligned with nationwide goals.
  • Analyze regional sales data and provide insights for business planning and improvement.
  • Execute action plans related to sales growth, customer service, and operational excellence.
  • Address partner concerns, study market trends, conduct audits, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Forecast sales needs, manage area budgets, and propose adjustments when necessary.
  • Source and onboard new partners for INGCO GenTrade concept stores.
  • Grow and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new market opportunities.
  • Handle client orders, monitor store performance, and report partner feedback and operational issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course (preferred).
  • Must have experience as an ASR in construction, hardware, power tools, or hand tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Willing to travel frequently within Western Visayas.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
