Job Description: Club Manager

Location: Boracay, Philippines

Position Summary

The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, ensuring excellent customer service, profitability, compliance with regulations, and the delivery of a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality guest experience. The role involves managing staff, coordinating events and promotions, maintaining facilities, and building the club's reputation in Boracay's competitive hospitality and nightlife industry.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily club operations, including bar, floor, entertainment, and guest services.

Ensure smooth execution of events, promotions, and special activities.

Monitor cleanliness, safety, and security in compliance with local laws and company policies.

Financial & Business Management

Manage budgets, control operating costs, and maximize revenue.

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to increase profitability.

Oversee inventory and procurement of supplies, beverages, and equipment.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise club staff (bartenders, wait staff, DJs, security, etc.).

Conduct performance evaluations and enforce discipline in line with company policies.

Build a positive team culture focused on service excellence and accountability.

Customer Service & Guest Relations

Ensure high-quality customer experiences and promptly resolve guest concerns.

Maintain VIP relations and promote guest loyalty through excellent service.

Work with marketing to develop promotions and campaigns to attract new clientele.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with labor laws, liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Implement security measures to safeguard guests, staff, and property.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in hospitality, nightlife, or club operations.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets, achieve sales targets, and control costs.

Knowledge of local regulations related to food, alcohol, and safety compliance.

Flexible schedule; willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
