Your Role

  • Collaborate with the TQA Lead and Quality Manager to provide feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and review agent interactions to ensure adherence to policies and customer requirements.
  • Act as a quality advisor to account teams and agents.
  • Participate in internal and client calibration sessions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
  • Support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.

What We're Looking For

  • College undergraduates with at least 2 years completed; associate or diploma courses accepted
  • Minimum 12 months BPO experience
  • At least 12 months in Order Management, Operations, or Order-to-Cash
  • Strong understanding of contact processes
  • Experience with complex deal structuring
  • Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM (preferred)
