Your Role
- Collaborate with the TQA Lead and Quality Manager to provide feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and review agent interactions to ensure adherence to policies and customer requirements.
- Act as a quality advisor to account teams and agents.
- Participate in internal and client calibration sessions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
What We're Looking For
- College undergraduates with at least 2 years completed; associate or diploma courses accepted
- Minimum 12 months BPO experience
- At least 12 months in Order Management, Operations, or Order-to-Cash
- Strong understanding of contact processes
- Experience with complex deal structuring
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM (preferred)
