Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity for ongoing operations.
  • Perform and record regular treasury transactions, including payments to truckers, operating expense disbursements, collections, foreign exchange dealings, and investment placements.
  • Maintain updated bank records on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, and prepare accurate bank reconciliation reports.
  • Create and review cash flow projections, ensuring timely reconciliation of bank accounts and resolving any discrepancies that arise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions and other financial partners.
  • Support initiatives aimed at optimizing working capital, including coordination with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Evaluate short-term investment options and provide insights to help maximize financial returns.
  • Monitor changes in interest rates, currency movements, and overall market conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements, and assist during audits by preparing and organizing relevant treasury documents.
