JOB SUMMARY:

  • Supervise and review the work of Treasury Staff in preparing check vouchers, BIR Form 2307, and Treasury documentation.
  • Coach and guide treasury staff, ensuring that treasury-related transactions posted in SAP are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies and tax requirements.
  • Validates the completeness and accuracy of all treasury-related documentation before processing.
  • Reconcile SAP postings with source documents and bank statements; propose corrective entries or adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure daily bank reconciliation procedures are performed for cash inflows and outflows, with reconciling items investigated and resolved promptly.
  • Maintain daily cash position monitoring to support timely disbursements and check releases, and improve accurate daily and weekly reports to the Treasury Manager
  • Ensure all bank documentation, including promissory notes (PNs), is systematically filed and readily available when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • With 3-5 years of experience as a Treasury Supervisory
  • Advanced knowledge in SAP system
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen on details, result-oriented, and Meticulous.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
