We're looking for a Senior / Administration Supervisor who is hands-on, organized, and passionate about excellence in administrative and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all company permits, licenses, insurances, and similar documents are valid, up to date, and securely filed
  • Oversee office safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and government regulations
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for office guests, including employees, VIPs, and visitors
  • Support the Administration Manager in data gathering and research for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction projects
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Administration Manager

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Office and/or Property Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
  • Possesses strong engineering skills, particularly in electrical and mechanical work
  • Highly motivated, structured, and quality-driven individual with strong initiative and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates teamwork, collaboration, and leadership qualities
  • Excellent command of English – both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer-oriented, disciplined, and able to command respect from colleagues
