Messenger

Job Qualifications:

• High school graduate Must have a valid driver's license (Restriction codes appropriate for motorcycles and 4-wheel vehicles)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Messenger, Courier, or related role is preferred
• Familiarity with routes and locations within the city or assigned areas
• Must live near the office/company location for easy accessibility and immediate response to tasks
• Physically fit and capable of handling delivery tasks
• Ability to handle documents and small parcels with care and confidentiality
• Good communication and time management skills
• Trustworthy, responsible, and has a strong sense of urgency

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and small items to and from assigned locations
• Ensure timely and safe delivery while following the designated routes
• Operate a motorcycle or 4-wheel vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations
• Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the assigned vehicle
• Assist in filing, mailing, and other administrative tasks when needed
• Collect and secure proof of delivery (e.g., acknowledgment receipts, bank transactions and signatures)
• Handle urgent and confidential documents with care
• Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor immediately
• Must be readily available for immediate tasks, given their proximity to the office/company
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
