Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to help expand our client base and promote our suite of digital services, including AI solutions, web and mobile app development, Odoo ERP implementation, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored digital solutions from Codex's portfolio.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos to prospective clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in technology, software, or digital services.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
