Job description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance - Intern to join our finance team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various accounting processes and develop practical skills in a professional environment. The intern will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry:

  • Assist with encoding of financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.

Document Preparation:

  • Help prepare and organize financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.

Account Reconciliation:

  • Support the reconciliation of accounts by comparing financial records with statements and resolving discrepancies.

Filing and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital financial records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide support to accounting team members as needed, including administrative and project-related tasks.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2 months
