BS Accountancy graduate or equivalent with at least 1 year experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Familiarity with BIR regulations and tax compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy, validity, and approval
  • Process payments/ Daily Cash Positioning (check, bank transfer, online platforms) in a timely manner. Will process bank transaction as needed.
  • Monitor accounts / calendar to ensure payments /payables .
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with procurement, receiving, billing and other departments to validate supporting documents.
  • Preparation of Payroll
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Monitoring budget
