OverviewAs the print fulfillment analyst, you will be responsible for the coordination, creation, and quality control of all membership fulfillment, communications, and marketing materials across multiple channels and formats. Your work will support various departments across our organization. ResponsibilitiesManage online and offline communication manufacturing workflow; initiate, track, and monitor status of work.

Track record of service level achievement and delivery. Pull reports when/where necessary. Gather project requirements and manage all production aspects on behalf of the client, working with vendors on delivery timetables and maintaining an updated status of assigned projects.

Work with graphic designers, multi-channel communication developers, product, client, and legal on online and offline communications and marketing materials. Input all project specifications and relevant data into an internal procurement system and maintain key data points in the system. Ability to analyze information and situations to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

Liaison between internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery within budget. Provide high-quality customer service, communicating to clients with appropriate and relevant status updates. Build relationships and communication channels with clients to ensure smooth workflow and handoffs.

Escalate production issues immediately to management. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in English, literature, content management, or a related field.3 years of experience in editing or proofreading. Solid background in correct use of the English language including proper grammar and spelling.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of data file types (XML, CSV, Columnar). Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while still being a strong team contributor. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
