The Sales & Marketing Assistant provides support in the implementation of marketing strategies and sales programs designed to achieve the goals of the business unit. Major Duties and Responsibilities Handle telephone inquiries and requests from assigned brokers. Coordinate delivery of policies and related documents to the Admin Department.
Compute premiums for quotations and prepare proposals for review and approval by the Marketing Supervisor. Prepare requests for Action (PAR) for policies and endorsements. Prepare inspection requests as needed or required.
Ensure all information for policy preparation is accurate and properly documented. Receive and sort incoming correspondence and documents. Maintain an effective filing and record-keeping system.
Follow up and monitor renewal of assigned accounts. Coordinate with underwriting on rates, terms, and conditions applicable to accounts. Accompany immediate superiors during client visits when necessary.
