We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client engagement. You will be responsible for initiating outreach to potential leads, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, and attending sales consultation calls to assist with follow-ups and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. They should be comfortable using CRM tools and digital outreach platforms, with a positive attitude, coachability, and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct lead generation activities through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Sales Consultation Calls: Schedule and attend sales consultation calls with potential clients, taking notes during calls, managing follow-ups, and assisting in maintaining our CRM system.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials, as well as coordinate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and promotions.
  • Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (internships included).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital outreach platforms.
  • Positive attitude, coachability, and eagerness to learn.
