Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential clients, conduct initial meetings, and secure new business.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Sales and Marketing: Help BD Lead implement sales strategies, prepare proposals, and manage the sales process.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and understand client needs.

Strategic Planning: Help BD Lead execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and monitor company's productivity, prepare reports, and analyze business performance.

Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as recruitment operations, to ensure smooth business operations.

Contract Management: Help BD Lead in developing and presenting tailored proposals and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (any course; preferred)
  • With 1 – 3 years of Business Development Experience (Placement Agency/Firm)
  • With good to excellent English Communication Skills
  • Must be residing within San Mateo, Marikina, Montalban or Commonwealth, QC
  • Willing to work onsite (Amityville Subdivision, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal)
  • Willing to work under high pressure
  • With wired Internet Connection at home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
