- Conducting interviews, managing data and records, assisting with administrative tasks like filing and correspondence, and communicating with players or individuals to provide information, address queries, and identify specific needs for timely referral.
- Maintaining accurate records, ensuring data security, collaborating with other staff or partners, and performing general office support duties
- Coordination with other staff members, such as starter, marshal, golf attendant to ensure smooth operations.
- Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and or/ supervisor.
