What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems in accordance with project specifications and relevant industry standards
  2. Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of MEP-related work
  3. Monitoring and reporting on the progress of MEP activities, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
  4. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks
  5. Participating in the planning and scheduling of MEP-related activities to optimise project workflows with CE, EE, and ME to ensure smooth installation
  6. Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team, to comply with standard codes and specs
  7. Collaborating with the design team to resolve any design-related challenges

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or Electrical, or a relevant technical discipline
  2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer - MEP in the construction industry
  3. Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methods, and project management principles
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
  6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  7. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
  8. Samsung or other Korean Company experience is an advantage
