Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various healthcare positions (e.g., nurses, physicians, administrative staff).
- Develop job descriptions and create engaging job postings to attract top talent in healthcare.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate assessments.

- Onboarding and Training Support:
- Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with department leads to schedule and implement training programs.

- Talent Pipeline Management:
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with educational institutions to source upcoming talent.

- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.

- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare regulations during recruitment practices.
- Generate reports on recruitment activities and present findings to HR leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, specifically in healthcare recruitment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and healthcare compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
