Divine Cleaning LLC is a growing residential cleaning business based in the U.S., committed to delivering quality cleaning services and exceptional customer care. We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us expand our team by sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier cleaning professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Sourcing
- Post job ads on relevant platforms and identify qualified cleaner candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule second-round interviews with the company manager.
- Candidate Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for applicants during the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates and respond to candidate questions professionally and efficiently.
- Onboarding Support
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process once they accept an offer.

- Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted, including:
W-9 forms
Subcontractor agreements
Driver's license or government ID upload
Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to identify high-quality candidates and assess for company fit
- Familiarity with subcontractor onboarding and required documentation (preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a reliable internet connection
