We are directly hiring for VP, HR Business Partner Leader to work with our
in-house Financial BPO partner client
, with branches in
Alabang
and
Cebu
.

Org: Will manage a team of HR Advocates and HR Client Relations Managers

Relevant Years: Extensive HR leadership experience, with at least 8-10 years in a strategic leadership role in the Philippines.

Schedule: 8 AM EST – 5 PM EST

Location: Manila or Cebu

Preference:

  • Extensive background and experience in
    HR Business Partnering
  • Have
    supported 4,000 to 5,000 employee population
  • Candidate with
    GCC (Global Capability Centers) and financial services industry experience
    , supported by any of the functions,
    large scale employees),
    and commitment to HR advocacy.

Eligibility and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive HR leadership experience, with at least
    8-10 years in a strategic leadership role in the Philippines
    .
  • Thorough knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing HR programs that align with business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high-performance levels.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex HR challenges and provide innovative solutions
