Key Responsibilities:

Technical Solution Leadership

  • Lead the design and development of full-stack enterprise applications, covering front-end, back-end, and database layers.
  • Own integration architecture, including ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure technical excellence, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.

Integration & Middleware Expertise

  • Design and implement enterprise-scale integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps), and ETL pipelines.
  • Ensure data consistency, system security, and real-time synchronization across multiple systems.
  • Provide technical guidance for ERP migrations, cloud adoption, and digital transformation programs.

Tool & Custom Application Development

  • Lead the development of custom-built applications and specialized tools, such as e-invoicing systems, automation utilities, or client-specific solutions.
  • Ensure tools are secure, scalable, maintainable, and integrated with existing enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

  • Lead technical aspects of pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, technical proposals, and client presentations.
  • Conduct technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations.
  • Advise clients on architecture, integration strategies, and technology adoption.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

  • Evaluate and implement modern technologies, including cloud-native solutions, microservices, serverless architectures, AI/ML, and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Recommend improvements for scalability, automation, and performance.

Knowledge Sharing & Technical Mentorship

  • Serve as a technical mentor and thought leader within project teams.
  • Share expertise on architecture patterns, integration techniques, and full-stack best practices.

Qualifications & Technical Expertise:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in full-stack development, enterprise integrations, and digital transformation projects.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with any of, but not limited to, the following:
  • Front-End: React, Angular, , JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
  • Back-End: , Java, .NET, Python
  • Database & Data: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Integration & ERP/Cloud: SAP, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Low-Code / No-Code: Microsoft PowerApps, Mendix, Appian (preferred)
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Strong experience in microservices, API-driven integration, serverless computing, and event-driven architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills.
