About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Full Stack Developer who loves turning big ideas into real, working magic. At ASAP Auto Group, we move fast, think big, and we're not afraid to shake things up — and we need someone who's just as passionate about building awesome stuff as we are about cars.

You'll be our go-to tech wizard, keeping our platforms running like a well-oiled engine, building cool new features, and automating the boring stuff so the team can focus on what really matters. If you enjoy solving tricky problems, creating smooth user experiences, and occasionally saying "wait, I can make that better," then this role has your name all over it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain user-friendly web applications that make life easier for our team and customers.
  • Develop APIs and connect different tools and systems so everything works seamlessly together.
  • Improve site performance and fix bugs before anyone even notices.
  • Work closely with our digital and ops teams to bring their ideas to life through smart tech solutions.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to make things more efficient.
  • Keep everything secure, reliable, and well-documented so we can scale with confidence.
  • Stay on top of new tech and share better ways of doing things.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong skills in front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, plus solid HTML/CSS/JavaScript foundations.
  • Experience with back-end languages such as or PHP.
  • Confident working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • You've built or maintained APIs and know your way around integrations.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Great at troubleshooting and finding practical solutions quickly.
  • Clear communicator who can work well with both tech and non-tech folks.
  • Must be based in Manila, and open to occasional meetups when needed.
  • Portfolio of past projects (if available) is highly encouraged. We'd love to see your work.
