We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React JS and Node JS to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications within the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate has proven experience building scalable web solutions and is familiar with industry-specific standards for security, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using React JS (frontend) and Node JS (backend).
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with business requirements.
  • Implement secure coding practices and ensure applications comply with banking and finance regulations.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements for application architecture and development practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of full stack development experience.
  • Proficiency in React JS, Node JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Strong knowledge of banking/financial systems, workflows, and security practices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous work in banking, fintech, or financial institutions.
  • Hands-on experience in secure transactions, payment gateways, or regulatory compliance systems.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php85,000.00 per month
