Role Overview

Daily Joe is looking for a Brand Activation Specialist who will conceptualize and execute on-ground brand experiences across schools, communities, and local events.

This role blends creative program development with hands-on field execution. You will design BTL programs, coordinate with partners, manage activation logistics, and ensure every event or engagement aligns with the brand and delivers a memorable consumer experience.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to ensure that on-ground efforts support overall brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize & Develop Activation Programs

  • Create concepts for brand activations and below-the-line initiatives.
  • Design consumer engagement activities that strengthen brand presence.
  • Develop program mechanics, flow, and KPI targets.
  • Prepare activation briefs and planning decks.

2. Manage On-Ground Execution

  • Lead the planning and coordination of field activations, sampling, and community engagements.
  • Supervise event setup, branding materials, logistics, and manpower.
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution during events.
  • Conduct quality checks on branding and customer experience on site.

3. Coordinate with Schools, Organizations & Local Communities

  • Build partnerships with schools, student groups, local events, and community organizations.
  • Secure participation slots, permits, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with event organizers and key stakeholders.

4. Logistics, Materials & Supplier Coordination

  • Prepare activation kits, props, and necessary materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers (printing, fabrication, merch, booths).
  • Track usage and inventory of BTL materials and marketing collaterals.
  • Arrange manpower schedules and deployment.

5. Reporting & Evaluation

  • Prepare post-activation reports detailing performance and learnings.
  • Track KPIs such as foot traffic, engagement, conversion indicators, and participation turnout.
  • Conduct post-mortem reviews to improve future activations.
  • Provide insights to the marketing team for strategy refinement.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the digital team for coverage, real-time updates, and content opportunities.
  • Align activation plans with overall marketing direction.
  • Work with branches for operational needs during events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in brand activations, events management, or BTL marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working on-ground and interacting with students, partners, and communities.
  • Creative thinker with strong sense of brand experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel and manage on-site deployments.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet activation timelines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in events production, student organizations, or community programs.
  • Background in merchandising or experiential marketing.
  • Knowledge in booth layouts, event logistics, or crowd management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
